GIGPilot service cohorts consist of 15-25 veterans each available for remote, hybrid and onsite work assignments during their 180 day SkillBridge cycle. Veteran led cohorts are outsourced to employers in the 5G, AI, Aerospace, Cloud Engineering, Cyber Security, iOT and Healthcare sectors. Cohort outreach targets 53 military bases with 1.1 million geofenced devices in the US. All veterans participating in GIGPilot service cohorts are paid by the Department of Defense during their Skillbridge period (no labor cost to employers). Development funding for GIGPilot service cohorts provided by the Department of Defense, Department of Labor, Department of Veteran Affairs and private sector partnerships.
