Raleigh Employers Deploy a Domestic Workforce Plan to Grow US Tech Jobs.
Starting 2021 Raleigh employers can earn public sector subsidies when they repatriate off-shore IT jobs to US workers from underserved communities. Subsidies are awarded for the acquisition, training and placement services provided by SLA Labs through private/public partnerships. SLA Labs with it's national private sector partners has joined the City of Raleigh, NC State and Shaw University to launch this exclusive workforce engagement pilot for the 5G, Cloud and Iot sectors in the state.
